A Middletown man was tased by police on Friday after officers said he refused to cooperate during questioning about a hit-and-run incident.
Morning fog, ice contribute to chain-reaction crash near Fisher
Details were still somewhat sketchy at press time, but it appears that foggy, icy conditions this morning contributed to a chain-reaction accident in the westbound lanes of U.S. Highway 2 at around 7:15 this morning.
